This challenge is great for those starting on their journey. For those who want to work their way up to that full time gym schedule. This is a solo plan. Meaning it is all on you to get yourself going. I will be there to guide you. There is flexibility with this plan where 90% of this program can be done at home. At the end of week 4 there is 1 workout that needs to be done at a gym. Learn to build better eating habits, logging in your nutrition, learning why it never worked in the past, build a strong mindset to overcome obstacles, and more. The catch is if you are inconsistent for more than 2 days... The plan disappears and you have to restart and repurchase.

How is it personalized through the online platform?
You and I will speak via video call and discuss all your goals, needs, wants, and lifestyle to get it as personalized and customized to you as possible! every 4 weeks we will adjust your program dependent on your progress.
What if I travel a lot?
Easy! Let me know ahead of time to make sure we speak about it in our video call prior to your trip. We will discuss how we will keep you on track with yout program while you are traveling. We can also make modifications if needed.
Can I message you whenever if I need assistance?
Of course! I will respond as soon as I am able to.
What if I have specific diatary restrictions?
Always let me know what you have going on (allergies, medications, etc.). If you feel comfortable or if needed, we can work hand in hand with your primary care provider.
